Recovering Lost Password

In case of forgetting IVCC password, you can do as follows:

1. Go to the login page and click “Forgot Your Password”. 
2. You will be asked to provide your K-number, first and last names. 
3. Allow a few minutes for the email message containing the link to update your password to arrive in your Eagle Mail, which is the email address connected to your Blackboard Learn.

1. Get your K#, which can be found on your letter of acceptance, student ID card, or by visiting WebAdvisor.
2. Get your IVCC student ID# in the above places, or on your class timetable.
3. Enter your K# as username and Student ID# as password.
