Seattle school board to vote on Initiative 1240 resolution Seattle School Board Director Kay Smith-Blum introduced a resolution against the charter school Initiative 1240 at the Seattle School Board Executive Committee meeting on Wednesday. The Executive Committee agreed to move the resolution forward to a full Board vote on Wednesday, October 17th with a recommendation to approve the resolution.
